Lucid Raven will also have a demo team at CONduit XV - while LRP won't be in the dealers room, there will be demos going on in the game room most of the day on Saturday (beginning at 2pm). There will be a tournament held - although it is aimed at new players, anyone is welcome. Note that though this is a 3-day convention, Lucid Raven will only be there on Saturday demoing Allegiance.

Event Name: Learn to Play Allegiance: War of Factions
Event Time: Saturday, 2pm-6pm
Description: Learn to play one of the highest rated CCGs of 2004! Allegiance: War of Factions is a social-political wargame with plenty of player interaction, and representatives from Lucid Raven Productions will be here to teach the game. Decks will be provided so that participants can learn the game without needing to buy cards - a full rules explanation will be followed by casual games. Everyone will walk away with some cards!
Provided: Decks and play materials will be provided. Players need only bring themselves, a sly wit, and a few friends to backstab.

Event Name: Allegiance: War of Factions Introductory Tournament
Event Time: Saturday, 7pm-11pm
Description: Now that you've learned Allegiance: War of Factions earlier in the day, you can use that new knowledge to participate in a laid-back introductory tournament. After a short introductory segment, including a brief rules explanation for those that might not have participated in the Learn to Play event, players will then enter into a laid- back, two-round tournament with 3- and 4-player games. Prizes will be awarded!
Provided: A limited number of pre-built decks will be available. If players do own their own decks, it is advisable that they bring those for use in the tournament. Other than that, players need only bring themselves, a sly wit, and a few friends to backstab.
